Return & Cancellation Policy - Online Store
Onlineformals offers store credits on purchases (valid for a 1-year period) with the exception of the following items, which are not returnable:
-Items purchased using a store credit from a previous return
We do not offer refunds and the conditions below must be met to process your return request:
You must e-mail us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your item(s) and request a Return Authorization number. Your request will be reviewed and, if valid, you will be issued a Return Authorization number. Any items returned without a RA number will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
The merchandise must be mailed back within 3 days of receiving your Return Authorization number. Please write your RA number on the outside of the box.

The merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with all tags, hangers and receipts enclosed. Upon receipt we will carefully inspect the merchandise for signs of wear to include: tears, snags, stains and odors. If the merchandise is damaged in any way, we will not be able to provide store credit and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
If the merchandise is received in new condition (as when shipped) we will provide a store credit for the amount of the item being returned less a $35.00 return fee. This fee covers our shipping costs associated with your new gown. If you need a more expedited method of shipment, please contact us for an express shipping price quote.
International customers using a store credit must select a paid shipping method or the order will be canceled.
We strongly suggest that you ship your parcel fully insured, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage of your returned shipment.
Store credits are valid for a period of one year from the date issued. We will provide your store credit code via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your return. To redeem your credit, simply use the code in the Gift Certificate Code box at checkout when purchasing your new item or contact our customer service at 888-280-4179.
Items purchased using a store credit are not returnable, meaning that once you receive your replacement item(s), it cannot be returned.
Items purchased in our store showroom are not eligible for a return.

Orders are processed the same business day, therefore once you place an order it cannot be canceled. Please note - that this is whether your order has been shipped or not.
Should you change your mind prior to shipment - you would be eligible for a store credit. In this instance you would not be charged the $35 return fee.
